Billing, Cancellation & Refunds
Version v4-2026-11-01. Subject to final business and legal review.
1. Cancellation notice
Notify RYW as soon as possible, at the latest 24 hours before the confirmed service time. Times display in Central Time (America/Chicago). This means 24 elapsed hours, including weekends and holidays, not business hours. Later requests and requests without a confirmed time require review; exceptions may be approved.
2. Rescheduling
Request a new time at least 72 hours before the appointment. Later requests require an exception. Your existing time remains until a new one is confirmed. Use your account service detail or contact support.
3. Subscription cancellation
Cancel Bin Valet in Plan Management after re-entering your password. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period, stops next billing and ends future route tasks at expiry. Bins already at the curb still need to be returned, subject to actual safety conditions.
4. Billing and records
Valet billing repeats every 30 days from subscription start. An invoice requests payment; a receipt records an actual payment with date, method and unique reference. This website does not collect card payments or detect declines. Payments and agreed refunds are arranged separately.
5. Missed payments
A manually recorded or verified external failure starts 72 hours of grace from the scheduled due date, not the recording date. Past-due service skips Bins Out even during grace. Unresolved subscriptions end after the deadline; history is retained and restart needs fresh approval. Bins already out must still be returned, without bypassing actual safety holds.
6. Refunds and concerns
Send support your invoice/service reference, what happened and the resolution requested. Refund requests are reviewed against agreed work, work performed and applicable requirements. No undisclosed cancellation fee or blanket no-refund rule is added here. Approved refunds are documented separately from invoices and receipts.
