1. Information collected
RYW collects account names, email, optional phone numbers, service addresses, bin locations, access instructions, requests, photos, support messages, consent records, reviews and billing records. This website does not collect card or bank-account details.
2. Use and authorized access
Information is used to review and perform services, manage accounts and billing records, and answer support requests. Customer records are restricted to that customer and authorized business access. Assigned staff receive information needed for their work.
3. Photo privacy and publication
Private job and support photos are not automatically published. Publishing private photos requires separate permission. Photos deliberately submitted for a public review may be displayed only with the disclosure and consent shown at submission.
4. Retention and data requests
The planned employee service-photo retention period is 30 days, with longer retention for disputes or legal holds. Customer-facing copies and business records follow their disclosed purpose. Contact us for access, correction or deletion requests; we will explain any records that must be retained.
5. Providers, preferences and security
Hosting, authentication, private storage and authorized communication providers support the service. Access controls protect private records; no system guarantees absolute security. Service-update email preferences can be changed in Settings; essential account and billing notices remain enabled.
