Terms of Service
Version v4-2026-11-01. Subject to final business and legal review.
1. Business and requests
Right Your Way (RYW) provides Bin Valet, Bin Cleaning, Junk Removal and Garage Organization. Submitting a request is not a confirmed appointment. We review address eligibility, scope and available capacity before confirmation.
2. Accounts
Provide accurate account and service information, protect your password and report unauthorized access. Registration records agreement to the linked Terms and Privacy Policy. Optional sticker consent is separate and unchecked by default.
3. Prices and quotes
Basic Bin Valet is $25 per 30-day cycle. Premium is $40 per cycle and includes weekly valet plus one monthly cleaning for up to two bins with scent finish. One-time cleaning is $40 for one bin and $45 for two bins. An eligible verified sticker takes $5 off, making those prices $35 and $40 respectively. Junk Removal, Garage Organization and combined work require customer-approved quotes. Additional work, applicable taxes or fees must be disclosed and agreed before proceeding.
4. Property, access and delays
You must have authority to request work and authorize removal of specified items. Provide safe access and accurate bin locations. Cleaning requires empty accessible bins and an appropriate outdoor water supply. Unsafe conditions, weather or access problems may require a schedule change; we will communicate changes.
5. Reviews and concerns
Completed-service customers may submit honest reviews. Negative ratings alone are not grounds for hiding a review. Content-related removal requires a reason. Report missed service or damage promptly through support, with relevant details and safe photos. Resolution depends on the agreed work, circumstances and applicable requirements; these terms do not remove rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
6. Accessibility
We aim for readable text, keyboard navigation, labeled forms and usable mobile layouts. If a page prevents you from requesting or managing service, email rywofficialbusiness@gmail.com with the page and help needed.
7. Related policies
The Privacy, Service & Photo, and Billing/Cancellation policies form part of these terms. Contact us with questions or disputes; no jurisdiction-specific guarantee is made here.
