Service & Photo Policy

1. Bin Valet
Weekly bins to the curb before collection and returned afterward. New houses start the next eligible service week, not an unfinished route. Follow confirmed local placement requirements. Customer views do not show employee identities, live GPS or exact worker arrival/completion times.
2. Bin Cleaning
One-time cleaning covers one or two empty accessible bins with appropriate outdoor water access: powerwashing, trash can cleaner, rinse, inspection and signature citrus scent finish. Preferred one-hour windows run 9–10 AM through 5–6 PM Central, subject to confirmation. No quantified scent duration or unsupported sanitization guarantee is made.
3. Junk Removal and Garage Organization
Provide a full address, size, description and relevant photos. Accept the free quote before scheduling. Only authorized items and agreed nonhazardous materials are removed. Scope or price changes need your consent. Disposal and wastewater practices must follow applicable local requirements.
4. Hazardous materials
Hazardous waste is excluded: dangerous chemicals, acids, solvents, fuels, pesticides, medical sharps, asbestos, explosives, unknown leaking substances and other dangerous materials. Disclose hazards. Staff stop affected work and use the existing Safety Report, without touching or investigating suspicious materials. You arrange appropriate hazardous disposal. Safety holds require authorization to resume, reschedule or cancel.
5. RYW sticker discounts
Separate agreement to display an RYW sticker and field verification qualify eligible cleaning for $5 off and eligible junk removal for 10% off. These replace earlier sticker rewards. Premium's included cleaning remains; no extra free sticker washes. Eligibility or combinations must be confirmed, not silently stacked.
6. Service photos
Valet requires a photo per house on each Out and Back task. Cleaning requires four photos per bin: outside/inside before and outside/inside after, plus wash/rinse/inspect/scent checklist. Junk requires before-and-after photos. Uploads must succeed before completion unless a documented exception is approved. Unsafe hazard photos are never required. Private photos are not public marketing permission.
